 David founded Oreamnos Development, LLC to create a boutique development firm focused on smaller best-in-class projects. David brings fifteen years of development and construction experience in ground-up development and renovations. 

Before starting Oreamnos, David was the Director of Development at Alpine Investments where he was responsible for design and development of 400+ units.

Prior to development, David managed over $300m worth of construction on the General Contracting side after working for several years within the trades. His favorite project was a renovation on Alcatraz! 

David has a Master’s in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and his undergraduate degree is in Construction Management at Boise State University. David also holds his General Contractor’s License. 

Originally from California (but fell in love with Colorado), David and his wife Lenka just had a daughter Tamara, are avid climbers, love backpacking and skiing.

Lenka is a Broker Associate and real estate is her passion. 

She comes from Slovakia, the heart of Europe and her international background taught her how to be flexible, creative, and empathetic.

Back in Slovakia she finished University of Economics cum laude and got her master's. For several years she worked in a patent office and after moving to Denver she worked in property management, finished her real estate education, and passed the national and state real estate licensing exam.  Since then she is helping people to chase their real estate dreams. 

She loves to spend time with her family, her husband David and baby daughter Tamara.
